Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Subtrackly (“Subtrackly,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By downloading, accessing, or using Subtrackly, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the app.

1. Description of Service

Subtrackly is a subscription tracking application that allows users to manage and monitor their personal subscriptions, including recurring payments, trial periods, and renewal dates.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Subtrackly. By using the app, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

3. Subscriptions and Billing

Subtrackly may offer premium features through auto-renewable subscriptions. All payments are processed by Apple via the App Store.

• Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account upon confirmation of purchase
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
• You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID settings at any time

4. Free Trials

If a free trial is offered, any unused portion will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription, where applicable. Unless canceled before the trial ends, the subscription will automatically convert into a paid plan.

5. User Responsibilities

You agree to use Subtrackly only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not misuse, disrupt, or attempt to interfere with the operation of the app.

6. User Data

Subtrackly stores subscription-related data locally on your device and may use third-party analytics and crash reporting tools to improve app performance. We do not sell personal data.

7. Third-Party Services

Subtrackly integrates with third-party services including analytics and subscription infrastructure providers such as Mixpanel, Firebase, and Adapty. These services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, design, features, and functionality of Subtrackly are owned by the developer and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the app.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Subtrackly is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fully secure.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Subtrackly.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to Subtrackly at any time if we believe you have violated these Terms.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Subtrackly after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
